Isle of Man Cricket Association Strategy 2023 - 2027

​The Isle of Man Cricket Association are delighted to announce the publishing of an exciting new strategic plan. The strategy has been developed so that the IOMCA's goals for cricket on the island for the next four years is clear for all to see.

The key themes that will drive Isle of Man Cricket forward are:

• Women and Girls
• High Performance
• Education 
• Coaches and Umpires
• Digital    

The IOMCA wishes to thank the focus group that were involved in the initial development of the IOMCA's strategy document as part of the ICC's strategy pilot group.
