Policies relevant for juniors playing cricket on the Isle of Man

The IOMCA are committed to the welfare of juniors players whilst engaged in cricket activities. 

Cricket offer significant dangers for younger players in both short term moments (hard balls being used) and long term (injury through physical demands). The IOMCA have adopted certain directives form other full members to ensure players are protected mentally and physically.

Certain documentation may reference ECB (England and wales cricket board).
