The revised player pathway includes the IoM U17s who will participate in the U19 World Cup Qualifiers biannually.

Player Values:
Get there: attend all sessions and be punctual.
Wear the kit: players have all the necessary kit/equipment for the sessions.
Try your best: 100% effort at all times; you have only failed if you haven't tried.
