Name: Sally Green Role: IOMCA Community Coach Oversee and coach the IOMCA Skills Development Programme as well coaching the Academy, EPP and women's National Team. Coaching Qualifications: UKCC Level 1, UKCC Level 2, ECB Club Coach Award, ECB Advanced Coach, ECB Working in Schools & ECB Coach Development Workshops. Coaching Experience: I have been coaching for over 20 years which started at West Hallam CC starting a girl's U11 side, I then progressed to Amber Valley U13 boys and then Derbyshire girls U13, U15 and EPP and the Derbyshire boys pathway. I started the Amber Valley U13 girls side which are still running today and many of these girls are representing Derbyshire. At my last Derbyshire club Denby CC I coached the FUNdamentals group (ages 3-7). I have also delivered in schools in Derby, Nottingham, Derbyshire and on the Isle of Man and delivered numerous 1-1s for the Derbyshire Cricket Board and the IOMCA. Chris is also part of the coaching staff for the Women’s Thunder team and has assisted with the Melbourne Renegades in the Women's Big Bash and Lancashire men's programme through to 2nd team level. He previously worked as a Cricket development coach in St Helens and Liverpool for 11 years until October 2020.
